To change the D06-0808 strap, obtain a spring bar tool (specialist implement for pin removal). Position the small hook of the tool beneath one of the elastic pins that support the strap; apply gentle upward pressure until the pin retracts, then withdraw the old strap. Repeat from the opposite side. To install the new strap, insert one end of the pin into one of the lug holes first, then use the spring bar tool to compress the opposite end and insert it into the opposite hole. Verify the strap is securely fixed before wearing the watch.
