The Breguet Reine de Naples 8967 is a stainless steel women's watch with asymmetrical oval case measuring 34.95 mm. It features a Breguet 591C movement visible through the transparent caseback and a blue mother-of-pearl dial. The 16 mm strap lug width is specific to this model's oval geometry. Born from a 1812 imperial commission for Queen Caroline Murat, this timepiece represents the first wristwatch in history and remains iconic for its distinctive asymmetrical horns and refined proportions.
