The Lange 1 White Gold ref. 191.039 was introduced in 1994 as A. Lange & Söhne's emblematic timepiece, featuring an asymmetrical dial with hours and minutes at top left, small seconds at bottom left, large date window at top right, and power reserve indicator at bottom right. The 38.5 mm white gold case houses the manually wound caliber L121.1, a Glashütte-made movement with three-quarter plates and anglé cock finished by hand. The 20 mm lug width is the native specification for this model, ensuring visual continuity with the case proportions.
