A unique piece — in the literal sense. The single-pass design eliminates the excess fabric, lowers the profile on the wrist, and places the buckle exactly where it should be: centered, under the wrist, out of sight.
The material is 100% recycled polyester. It's not a compromise: it's a deliberate choice. The tactile feel is consistent, the hold is reliable, and the gray color with an orange accent creates an effortless point of contrast — discreet enough not to bother, present enough to be noticed.
Compared to a classic NATO strap, the single-pass has a structural advantage: if a spring bar fails, the strap still retains the watch. This is not a minor detail for those who wear a timepiece every day.
The buckle and keepers are made of 316L stainless steel — the same used in watchmaking for its corrosion resistance. Handmade in Italy.

Does single pass really mean that if a spring bar breaks I won’t lose the watch?
Exactly. In the classic two-pass NATO, if a spring bar gives way the watch falls. Here the nylon passes only once around the wrist and closes upon itself — the buckle stays secure, the strap retains the watch. It is structural safety, not theoretical. Those who wear it daily feel the difference.
Is it really recycled polyester or one of those green labels that change nothing?
It is 100% recycled polyester, not a blend. It is not a compromise on hold or tactility — the performance is uniform and reliable. It is a choice of raw material, not a justification for inferior quality. If the ecological footprint does not concern you, the strap still performs without any difference compared to virgin nylon.
How discreet is this orange really, or is it a colour that shouts?

Is 316L steel the same used in watches, or is it just talk?

27cm total — how do I calculate this to know if it will fit me?
It is the total length of the assembled strap. On a watch with 20mm lug width, it gives you the room to wear it comfortably and have the buckle hole well positioned beneath the wrist.
