A single piece passes through both lugs. This is the logic of the Single Pass: a continuous strap that wraps around the back of the watch case and holds it even if a spring bar breaks. This is not a secondary feature — it's a structural difference.
The 100% recycled polyester is not a compromise: it holds its shape, dries quickly, and doesn't warp in the sun. The gray with red accent is a military combination in the most precise sense of the term — functional, recognizable, without excess. Made in Italy, with 316L stainless steel buckle and loops.
Unlike traditional NATO straps, the Single Pass does not lift the watch off the wrist: the buckle remains centered under the wrist, and the profile stays contained. No excess strap tail sticking out — the sliding keeper collects it and keeps everything tidy.

Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. The strap must come back as you received it: unworn, in its packaging. Write to info@milanostraps.it with your order number; once the return is accepted, I will send you the return shipping label. Made-to-measure straps cannot be returned: they are cut for your watch. Every strap is a one-off piece, cut and stitched by hand in our Milan atelier. Saddle stitching gives superior strength, while the edges are finished with seven coats of dye applied by brush, for a longevity that outlasts passing trends.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get it wet?
Yes. It is an eco friendly strap, made of Newlife® recycled polyester, sourced from plastic bottles, Made in Italy supply chain. It withstands water without any issue.
What sizes are available?
20mm and 22mm. The total length is 27 cm, allowing room for different wrist sizes.
How does the single pass under the case back work?
A single strip runs through both lugs and wraps around the case back. If one spring bar fails, the watch still stays on the wrist.
Is the buckle made of solid steel?
The buckle and keepers are made of 316L stainless steel. In the product page you'll only find the steel option, for both sizes.
Does it lift the watch off the wrist like classic NATO straps?
No. The buckle stays centred under the wrist, and the profile is low. The thickness is 1.5mm, and the sliding keeper gathers the tail: no strap sticking out.
