No. The bracelet is integrated into the case with a proprietary attachment: a standard strap simply cannot connect physically. It is a deliberate design decision, not a limitation — but it requires a different approach. In the atelier, I build every strap directly on the watch, entirely to measure.

I work through <a href="/pages/casati-booking">Casati Milano</a>, by appointment only, at Via XX Settembre 15 in Milan. I take the measurements directly from the case at the workbench: no template exists for this attachment. Each piece is built from scratch, shaped by hand to work with the Nautilus geometry.

For a rose gold Nautilus, I would go with Mississippi Alligator in Cognac. The warm tone of the rose gold and the natural texture of the Mississippi complement each other without competing. I have seen this combination age beautifully — the leather gains character over time without overshadowing the case.

With minimal care — keeping it away from standing water and rotating it regularly — I comfortably reach five or six years of daily use. Quality leather does not deteriorate: it transforms. Barenia, for instance, develops a patina that over time tells the story of exactly how you have lived with it.

It is a reference designed explicitly in feminine proportions, with a 32mm case — a size that demands absolute precision in bespoke strap construction, because every millimetre is visible. The 18kt rose gold is not simply a material choice: it brings warmth to a design that is inherently geometric and rigorous. Gérald Genta had something precise in mind, and this version interprets it with consistency.
