Here the strap is built together: the leather chosen on the table, the lining, the thread, the length taken on your wrist. Over fifty steps by hand, four to five weeks, eighteen months of assistance included.

How the Casati Milano experience works
- You book an appointment — the atelier is available by booking. Book now
- Visit in atelier — you personally select the leathers (alligator, shell cordovan, ostrich, python). You see the material, touch the colour variants, choose the cut and finish.
- Wrist measurement — the master craftsman takes the exact measurements of your wrist and your watch. Lug width, taper, strap length: every millimetre is checked.
- Artisan production — 60 steps by hand. Saddle stitching with waxed linen thread, wax-burnished edges, buckle in 925 silver or 316L steel.
- Delivery and 18-month warranty — with the right to replacement of linings and stitching in case of normal wear. A unique warranty in Italy.
The 18-month warranty with lining replacement
The Casati Milano warranty is the only one in the Italian made-to-measure strap sector to include the replacement of inner linings and stitching in case of wear within 18 months of purchase. It is not a manufacturing defect that we cover — it is the normal wear of time that we accompany.
Milano Straps offers 12 months on its prêt-à-porter products. Casati Milano offers 18 months with this maintenance service included, because a made-to-measure strap must live with you.

Milano Straps is the prêt-à-porter line: artisan straps available in stock, shipped within 48 hours, with a 12-month warranty. Casati Milano is the haute couture line: every strap is created to measure after a personal visit to the atelier, with an 18-month warranty that includes the replacement of linings and stitching for wear. Same craftsmanship, two different ways of experiencing it.
Do I need to come in person to order a Casati Milano?
Yes. The Casati Milano experience involves a visit to the atelier: you choose the leathers in person, and the wrist measurements are taken by the master craftsman. It is not possible to order a Casati Milano online without an appointment — it is an integral part of the product.
How much does a Casati Milano strap cost?

What materials are available for Casati Milano?
In atelier you will find: CITES alligator (belly cut and hornback), niloticus crocodile, Horween shell cordovan, African ostrich, CITES reticulated python, karung, calfskin (Barenia, Box Calf, Epsom), suede and nubuck. We personally select the leathers from certified Italian tanneries.
