The Zenith El Primero was introduced in 1969 as the first high-frequency automatic chronograph movement. It is equipped with the El Primero 4054 caliber with column-wheel chronograph, annual calendar and small seconds functions. The reference 03.2070.4054/22.C708 integrates date, day and month indications in addition to the chronograph functions.
