The Zenith El Primero was introduced in 1969 as the first automatic high-frequency chronograph movement. The reference 03.2050.4035/21.C714 features the El Primero 4035 D caliber with hour, minute, small seconds, date, and column-wheel chronograph functions. The movement operates at 36,000 vibrations per hour and integrates the tourbillon complication with the traditional chronograph functions.
