Strap replacement involves extracting the spring bars—small metal pins securing the strap to the lugs. Using a spring bar tool (often included with quality straps), press the internal release button gently, retract the spring bar, and disconnect the old strap. Insert the new strap by threading each spring bar through its lug slot until fully seated. The process takes minutes and poses zero risk to the case.
