Changing the strap on the 12710-0025 requires a spring bar tool (or punch tool). Position the watch face-down, insert the tool into the lateral slot of the lug pin until the internal spring compresses, then extract the pin from the case lugs. Repeat on the opposite side. The new strap is inserted by aligning the holes to the lugs, then press until the retention spring clicks.
