How long does a leather strap last on the Tudor Style 12113-0013?
Durability depends on material and usage. Quality alligator, with regular care (hydration every 6-12 months), lasts 3-5 years. Vegetable-tanned calf, being more absorbent, requires greater maintenance but can last 2-4 years. Shell cordovan, being vegetable and rigid, reaches 4-6 years. FKM rubber is the most durable (5-8 years). All materials require periodic cleaning to prevent sweat and salt accumulation.
