Position the watch on a stable surface. Using a spring bar tool, press downward on the small metal pin (spring bar) holding the strap. Gently lifting one side, the strap will release. Repeat from the other side. Insert the new strap, aligning the holes with the case lugs, and press until the spring bar sits fully in the strap holes.
