Yes, and easily: the lugs are drilled, so the spring bar is pushed out from the outside with a thin pin, without opening anything. If you prefer, I do it in the workshop.

Yes, in 20 mm leather. On a 36 mm case a calf strap works every day; if you want something more, alligator.
