The Pinion Pure PU02 features a lug width of 22mm. This dimension is critical for strap compatibility: it must measure exactly 22mm between the two inner terminals of the case. Verifying this measurement before purchasing a strap is essential to ensure functional compatibility.

The choice depends on intended use and aesthetic preference. For classical elegance, we recommend a vegetable-tanned alligator or vegetable-tanned calf leather; for daily sportive wear, a heavy-canvas NATO strap; for practicality in humid environments, an FKM rubber strap. All our 22mm straps are engineered to enhance the proportional design of the PU02.

The Pinion Pure PU02 uses fixed lugs. To change the strap, remove the lugs from the case using a spring bar remover tool to compress the internal spring and slide them out. Shell cordovan straps offer superior longevity (5–7 years of intensive use) due to the fibre density of the leather. To extend lifespan, avoid prolonged moisture exposure and occasionally apply castor oil to nourish the leather.
