Integrated bracelet: measurements, the most common questions, and the way to a made-to-measure strap.
Integrated bracelet
The Patek Philippe Twenty~4 4910/10A-012 is designed with a bracelet integrated into the case. For a compatible made-to-measure strap, the Casati Milano atelier builds it on your watch.

Frequently asked questions
Can a standard strap be fitted to the Patek Philippe Twenty~4 4910/10A-012?
No. The bracelet is integrated into the case: there is no traditional lug to attach a standard strap. The fitting is proprietary, built around the rectangular architecture of the watch. In the atelier I make it to measure, directly on the watch.
How does the bespoke strap process work for this model?
I work through Casati Milano, by appointment only, at Via XX Settembre 15 in Milan. I hold the watch in my hands, study the case, and take measurements directly from the original structure. There are no templates: every strap is built from scratch on that specific piece.
Which leather do I recommend for the Twenty~4?
I prefer Mississippi Alligator with an extra-small scale. The fine texture matches the lightness of the watch without overpowering it. For those who want something softer in tone, Swift in powder shades works very well with the steel case. I avoid heavy or very structured leathers: they would break the feminine balance of this watch.
How long does a well-made strap last on a watch like this?
With ordinary care — keeping it away from water, letting it breathe between wears — an Alligator or well-tanned Barenia strap lasts for years, often well over a decade. Barenia in particular develops a patina that improves with use. A well-made strap does not deteriorate: it transforms.
When was the Twenty~4 created and why is its shape so recognisable?
Patek Philippe launched the Twenty~4 in 1999, with a rectangular geometry inspired by Art Déco. The decision to integrate the bracelet into the case is not decorative: it is structural, creating a visual continuity that a separate bracelet could never replicate. Over the years I have seen many attempts to replace it with standard solutions — none has ever convinced me.
