Integrated bracelet
The Patek Philippe Twenty~4 4910/10A-011 is designed with a bracelet integrated into the case. For a compatible made-to-measure strap, the Casati Milano atelier builds it on your watch.

Frequently asked questions
Can a standard strap be fitted to the Patek Philippe Twenty~4 4910/10A-011?
No. The bracelet is integrated into the case: there is no standard lug to attach an off-the-shelf strap. This is a deliberate design decision, not a technical limitation to work around with adapters. Anyone wishing to change the strap must go through a bespoke process, built directly around the geometry of this watch.
How does the bespoke strap service work for the Twenty~4?
I only work on this model in the atelier, by appointment, with the watch in hand. Casati Milano is where it all happens: I arrange a meeting, bring the Twenty~4 to the bench and take measurements directly from the case. Every end piece is shaped by hand to follow the curve of the original fittings. I never work from photographs or estimated measurements.
Which leather do I recommend for this model?
For the Twenty~4 I almost always choose Swift. It is a fine-grained leather, silky to the touch, with a drape on the wrist that respects the lightness of the rectangular steel case. Mississippi Alligator is an option for those who want a stronger character, but Swift works better with the understated femininity of this watch. It is a question of proportion, not just personal taste.
How long does a well-made strap last?
A strap built with first-quality leather and hand-stitched will easily last five or six years of daily wear. Leather ages: it lightens at the edges, takes on the creases of the wrist, becomes softer. That is not a flaw — it is the mark of time. With occasional cleaning and a few drops of neutral cream, the process slows and the leather stays in good condition for much longer.
When was the Twenty~4 born and what sets it apart from other Patek Philippe watches?
Patek Philippe launched the Twenty~4 in 1999 with a clear intention: a watch for the contemporary woman, to be worn twenty-four hours a day. The rectangular steel case with an integrated bracelet of inset links was a statement of modernity, a long way from the traditional dress watch. Over years at the bench I have noticed that it is one of the Patek watches clients actually wear every day, not just for special occasions. That continuity of wear tells you more about the character of this watch than any technical specification ever could.
