The Patek Philippe Grand Complications 3970J was produced from 1986 to 2004 as a chronograph with perpetual calendar. It is powered by the CH 27-70 Q caliber with functions of hours, minutes, small seconds, day/night indicator, full date, perpetual calendar and column-wheel chronograph. The case is made of 18 carat yellow gold with a dial decorated in the Breguet style.
