No. The bracelet is integrated into the case: there is no standard lug to attach an off-the-shelf strap. The attachment is proprietary and requires bespoke work. In the atelier, I build the adapter directly on the watch, millimetre by millimetre.

I work through <a href="/pages/casati-booking">Casati Milano</a>, by appointment only, at Via XX Settembre 15, Milan. I bring the watch to the bench, take measurements directly from the case, and shape every fitting by hand. I never work from photographs or technical data sheets — I need to see the Aquanaut in person.

I choose Barenia without hesitation. Its smooth surface complements the 'grenade' texture of the bracelet without competing with it, and rose gold calls for warm tones — a natural tobacco or a deep cognac work beautifully. Barenia also ages honestly: it marks, softens, and tells the story of how it has been worn.

With quality leather and minimal care, we are talking five to seven years of daily wear — sometimes more. Keep it away from prolonged water exposure and condition the leather every few months. A strap that ages well does not deteriorate: it changes, adapts to the wrist, and becomes more personal over time.
