The Panerai Radiomir PAM00391 is a 47mm stainless steel instrument with a 26mm lug width, representing the original 1936 design philosophy developed for the Italian Navy. It features the manual-wound P.2003 calibre offering 72 hours of power reserve, with small seconds at 9 o'clock, an adjustable GMT hand at 12 o'clock, and a fixed 24-hour hand for dive timing. The case combines polished surfaces with satin-finished flanks, developing a natural patina over time, while the 26mm lug width maintains the classic proportions between case diameter and strap attachment.
