The Panerai Radiomir PAM00190 is a 45mm stainless steel sports watch from the historic Radiomir collection. It features the manual Panerai caliber OP XIV movement with hours, minutes, small seconds, and power reserve indicator, with no date window. The case design traces directly to 1930s military diving instruments supplied to the Italian Navy, characterized by its cushion shape, wire lugs, and onion crown. The 26mm lug width is ergonomically calculated for the 45mm case proportions.
