The Mare Nostrum PAM00300 represents the modern re-edition of the Panerai chronograph from the 1940s originally intended for the Italian Navy. It mounts the automatic OP XXV caliber with column-wheel chronograph function and small seconds. The lugs measure 27mm in width.
