The ideal strap depends on your lifestyle. For daily elegance, choose alligator or vegetable-tanned calf leather; for controlled sportiness, opt for FKM rubber or NATO. The brushed steel case dialogues best with leathers that develop natural patina over time.

Position the watch with the lugs facing upward. Use a spring bar tool to push the pins from the ends of the lugs. Once the old strap is removed, thread the new 21mm strap pins through the case lugs, ensuring the pin is fully inserted into its socket.

Any strap with a 21mm lug width is compatible with this model. Options include alligator, shell cordovan, calf leather, natural rubber and NATO fabrics. The Artelier's brushed case pairs beautifully with leathers that develop natural patina or black rubber straps.

Longevity depends on leather quality and intensive use. Alligator or shell cordovan lasts 15–30 years; vegetable-tanned calf 8–12 years with care. Exposure to water, sun and humidity reduces lifespan. We recommend treating the strap with mink oil periodically to preserve elasticity and patina.
