Remove the lugs from the case using a watch-specific screwdriver and a spring bar tool. Gently insert the bar into the thin spaces between the lug and case, lift one of the two ends of the internal spring, then extract the lug. Proceed with the second lug. Installation is the reverse process: position the new strap, snap the springs into their seats, and verify that it is firmly secured.
