Always verify compatibility with a digital caliper before purchase, measuring perpendicularly to the case plane at the mid-section level of the lug.

The Seamaster 300M features lugs soldered to the case and is not removable. The strap is attached via two straight pins (spring bars) that pass through the strap and insert into the lug holes. With the watch resting on a soft surface, use a spring bar tool or small flat screwdriver to push the pin from inside outward, then remove the pin from its seat. Repeat for the other pin. To insert the new strap, align the holes and push the pin until you hear the locking click.
