The Reverso features the Jaeger-LeCoultre caliber 864A with indication of hours, minutes and an additional 12-hour hand that can be adjusted. The movement allows the display of a second time zone through the supplementary hand. The rectangular case maintains the characteristic pivoting system of the dial.
