The Geophysic 8018120 (aka: Q8018120), seen from the bench

The Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic 8018120 (Q8018120) stems from the International Geophysical Year 1958, when Le Sentier developed a watch able to withstand extreme magnetic fields up to 1,000 gauss through ferromagnetic shielding. The modern reissue maintains the round case with smooth bezel, pronounced lugs, and integrated bracelet design. Powered by the Jaeger-LeCoultre caliber 770 with jumping seconds and date, the stainless steel case measures 39.00 mm in diameter. Lug width is 20 mm, compatible with standard aftermarket straps without compromising visual proportions.
