Remove the watch from your wrist. Using a non-invasive tool (plastic tip or dedicated spring bar tool), apply gentle pressure to the small metal pin that secures the spring bar. The pin compresses, releasing one lug shoulder. Repeat on the other end. Carefully withdraw the old strap. Insert the new strap by aligning the ends to the holes, and compress the pin again until the spring bar clicks into position.
