The Pano's lug width is 21mm. This is the precise spacing between the lugs where the strap attaches. To verify your watch's measurement, remove the original strap and measure with a calliper the distance between the two lugs: you will find exactly 21mm.

For formal occasions, we recommend alligator or shell cordovan in dark tones (dark brown, black), which enhance the sober German aesthetic. For daily wear, a NATO in neutral colours or black rubber ensures practicality and durability. Vegetable-tanned calf offers the compromise between elegance and aesthetic evolution over time.

Remove the watch from your wrist. Locate the two lugs on either side of the case. Use a dedicated tool (spring bar tool) to compress the inner lug and slide the old strap out of the lugs. Align the new strap with the lugs and push the spring bar until it seats properly, ensuring it is secure on both sides.
