The strap is attached via the 24mm lugs using a simple tool: a push pin remover or a rounded toothpick. Position the pin tangent to the inner edge of the lug and push outward until the strap is released from the first lug. Repeat on the other side. To insert the new strap, align the holes and push the pin until it clicks into place.
