The Bremont ALT1CSI has a lug width of 22 mm. This measurement, taken between the contact points of the lugs on the case, is essential for selecting compatible straps. Any strap you choose must have exactly this width to ensure stability and prevent unwanted movement on the case.

For the ALT1CSI, we recommend a vegetable-tanned leather strap of supreme quality, preferably in Havana brown or black. Vegetable tanning develops a natural patina over time, evolves with use, and preserves the pilot-watch character of the chronograph. Alternatively, cognac alligator in 1.4–1.6 mm thickness offers formal elegance with three-dimensional natural texture.

To change the strap, you must remove the spring bars that connect the strap to the lugs. Using a dedicated spring bar tool, apply gentle pressure toward the case centre to compress the bar and release the strap. Next, insert the new strap by sliding the bars into the slots. We advise against forcing: if the bar doesn't yield, verify you're applying the correct pressure.
