Insert a spring bar tool (small instrument included or readily available) into the spaces between the lug and strap, applying gentle downward pressure to release the internal spring. Repeat on the other side. Insert the new strap, aligning it with the lugs and ensuring the springs click into place. No specialised tools beyond the spring bar tool are required.
