Position the watch with the case facing upward. Locate the spring bars—small metal rods that slide laterally within the lugs. Using an appropriate tool (dedicated lever or flathead screwdriver tip), gently press one spring bar downward to extract the strap. Repeat on the opposite side. Insert the new strap, aligning it with the lug seat and pushing until the spring bar clicks into place. Verify that the strap is secured on both sides.
