The A. Lange & Söhne Lange 1 ref. 191.021 is a yellow gold watch with an asymmetrical dial featuring a large date at 12 o'clock, small seconds, power reserve indicator, and subsidiary dial for hours and minutes. The case measures 38.5 mm in diameter and houses the calibre L121.1, a Lange & Söhne manufacture movement with German silver three-quarter plate, hand-engraved platinum, gold-set jewels, and gold screws. The 20 mm lug width accommodates standard 1.5 mm spring bars.
