Military nylon has its own logic: flat, compact, resistant without ostentation. No, it’s the opposite. Blue stitching isn’t a misstep — it’s a discreet chromatic variable that works precisely because the nylon remains black and compact. It’s a deliberate choice: enough to break uniformity without making the strap showy. On a less formal dress watch you see it, on a field watch you feel it more than you see it. It depends on how you wear the watch, but the point is it’s never off-key.
I have a Seiko with 20mm lug width. This is 20-22, so it should fit. But is recycled nylon soft, or does it stay rigid and difficult to put on?
Military nylon is flat and compact, it doesn’t have the softness of leather. At 1.5mm thickness it’s among the thinnest in the category — it slides easily into the lugs, you won’t find yourself forcing it. The fabric remains technical, but precisely because of this it presents no resistance. It’s a matter of material logic: nylon has its own elasticity, it’s not a rigid tube.

At 27cm I can’t tell you if it fits your wrist: it depends on circumference. If you wear other straps and know your measurement, that’s the data to consider. What I can tell you is that the total length is that, Italian craftsmanship precise. Before ordering, measure.
