Recycled polyester is not a compromise. It is a precise technical choice: wear-resistant, impervious to moisture, and color-stable over time. This NATO strap is made from 100% recycled material processed in Italy, where control over the production process remains artisanal even when the material is industrial.
Grey is neutral, capable. The orange edges define its character — a chromatic detail that doesn't seek approval, it finds it. On the wrist, it works with tool watches as well as everyday casuals: the strap doesn't demand a context, it adapts.
The 316L steel buckle and rings guarantee hold and corrosion resistance over time, without failure. The 1.5mm thickness keeps the profile low under the dial, without bulk.

Milano Straps has always been mindful of sustainability and of the ways in which a luxury product should be made and distributed, and has decided, in its own small way, to help grow an Eco-Luxury Positive economy.
We have recently launched the MSLabStraps line, a new series of eco-friendly NATO fabric straps made by recycling post-consumer plastic bottles collected in Northern Italy.
With one recycled plastic bottle, two MSLabStraps NATO straps are made.
Through a mechanical, not chemical, recycling process, certified 100% Made in Italy along its entire fully traceable supply chain, the plastic in the bottles is shredded and turned into high-quality, high-performance recycled polyester yarns for textile use.
Producing 1 kg of Newlife®, compared with the same quantity of virgin polymer, allows a 60% reduction in energy consumption, a 32% reduction in CO2 emissions and a 94% reduction in water use

Yes, without any issue. It is an eco friendly strap made from Newlife recycled polyester, Made in Italy supply chain from recycled plastic bottles. Water and sweat won't damage it.
