The Zenith Pilot Type 20 Extra Special reference 30.2430.4069/78.C811 is a 45mm yellow gold chronograph reinterpreting Swiss aviation watchmaking heritage since 1909. It features the Caliber El Primero 4069 vertical column movement, known for superior chronograph sequencing and proven reliability. The sober dial with legible sans-serif characters and geometrically positioned counters reflect functional design principles. The 22mm lug width accommodates the 52mm lug-to-lug distance, visually balancing the case diameter and golden mass. Water resistance reaches 100 meters for daily wear, though its avionic heritage remains primary.
