Strap for Overseas Small Pink Gold
Integrated bracelet: measurements, the most common questions, and the way to a made-to-measure strap.
Integrated bracelet
The Vacheron Constantin Overseas 2305V/000R-B077 is designed with a bracelet integrated into the case. For a compatible made-to-measure strap, the Casati Milano atelier builds it on your watch.

Frequently asked questions
Can a standard strap be fitted to the Vacheron Constantin Overseas 2305V/000R-B077?
No. The bracelet is integrated directly into the case: there is no conventional lug to attach a standard strap. The fitting is proprietary, designed by Vacheron Constantin as part of the watch's architecture. Changing the strap requires building one from scratch, working directly on the original case.
How does the bespoke strap service work for this Overseas?
I work exclusively through Casati Milano, by appointment at Via XX Settembre 15, Milan. I bring the watch to the bench, take measurements directly from the case, and build each terminal by hand, adapting it to the specific geometry of the integrated fitting. Nothing is ever made from a generic template: every strap is born from that particular watch.
Which leather would I recommend for the Overseas in pink gold?
I choose Mississippi alligator in warm tones — tobacco, cognac, tan — or naturally aged Barenia. Pink gold has a warm light that calls for living materials, not artificially finished ones. Barenia in particular improves with time and tells the story of use: it suits the character of a watch built for travel.
How long does a well-made strap last?
With ordinary care, a quality alligator or Barenia strap easily lasts ten years, sometimes more. Avoid prolonged contact with water, let it breathe, and rotate between two straps if worn frequently. Good leather does not deteriorate: it transforms, taking on the shape of the wrist that wears it.
What is the origin of the Overseas's sporting character?
The Overseas was born in 1977 as Geneva's answer to the demand for a watch that could perform on a sailing boat as comfortably as at a formal dinner. The hexagonal bezel references the Maltese Cross, a historic symbol of Vacheron Constantin. It is not decoration: it is the signature of a Maison that chose to enter the sport segment without abandoning its own identity.
