The Vacheron Constantin Métiers d'Art 33580/000R-9906 belongs to one of the manufacture's most aristocratic lines, founded in 1755 as the world's oldest continuously operating watchmaker. The 37mm rose gold case features a dial crafted with Grand Feu enamel technique, requiring temperatures exceeding 800°C and up to forty hours of manual layering work. The manual-wind Caliber 1003 SQRH2, measuring just 1.64mm thick, displays only hours and minutes. The strap width is 18mm native to this model.
