The Vacheron Constantin Artelier Cabinotiers 80253 'Vladimir' is a special-order timepiece in 18-karat rose gold with a 47mm case and 18mm lug width. Powered by the Caliber 2750, it combines hours, minutes, small seconds, 24-hour hand, perpetual calendar, equation of time, sky chart, sunrise position and time, minute repeater, and tourbillon with power reserve indicator. Each piece is hand-finished by the Maîtres Cabinotiers in Geneva and documented in the Grand Livre, representing an integrated horological ecosystem rather than a complication added to an existing movement.
