The Unimatic UT1-PD uses standard spring bars at the lugs. To replace the strap: 1) Use a spring bar tool or a flat instrument; 2) Insert the tip under the internal lug tab; 3) Apply downward pressure to release the spring; 4) Remove the old strap; 5) Insert the new strap, aligning the holes with the lugs; 6) Reinsert the pins until they click into position. Avoid abrupt movements.
