The procedure requires a dedicated tool (spring bar tool) to compress the spring bars located on either side of the lugs. Position the watch with the case facing away from you, insert the flat tip of the spring bar tool into the small hole of the spring bar, compress gently and slide the old strap towards you. Repeat on the other side. Insert the new strap by aligning the holes with the pins, then compress the spring bars ensuring they click correctly into position.
