The lug width of the Tudor 1926 91450-0002 is 19 millimetres. This measurement is taken from the inside of one lug to the inside of the other, measuring the internal diameter of the tube connecting the spring bars. Measuring correctly is essential to ensure compatibility with aftermarket straps: a strap too narrow will not fit onto the spring bars, whilst one too wide will create unwanted play and compromise the aesthetic integrity of the case.

Changing the strap requires a spring bar removal tool and a stable work surface. Locate the elasticated spring bars at the ends of the case beneath the lugs. Gently insert the tool into the small hole, pushing the bar inward to release the original strap from the case. Repeat on the other side.
