We recommend high-quality leather straps—alligator with vegetable tanning or plant-dyed calf—that enhance the sinuous geometry of the case. NATO fabric straps in dense weaves and FKM rubber straps are excellent alternatives for casual-sporty and aquatic use respectively. The critical factor is maintaining a relatively thin profile to avoid overwhelming the case's proportions.

The strap is removed by extracting the two spring bars (small metal pins) securing it to the lugs, using a spring bar tool or a fine flathead screwdriver. Place the watch on a soft surface, position the tool in the slot of the spring bar, and press gently until it releases. Reverse the procedure with the new strap, ensuring the spring bars align precisely with the lug holes.

A vegetable-tanned leather strap typically lasts 3–5 years of daily wear, dependent on humidity exposure, UV radiation, and frequency of use. Plant-dyed leather naturally develops patina and visible wear that increases its aesthetic appeal over time. To extend longevity, allow the strap to dry thoroughly if exposed to prolonged moisture and rotate between multiple straps to limit continuous wear.
