Use a dedicated pin remover tool and a small watchmaker's hammer. Position the watch with the case back facing upward, insert the pin remover into the access seat and gently tap to push the pin outward. Repeat for both pins. Reverse the procedure with the new strap, ensuring pins are perfectly aligned.
