The strap connects to the case via two pins (or lugs) positioned at 12 and 6 o'clock. Use a dedicated tool (spring bar tool) to compress the pin on one side and slide it out of the housing. Repeat on the other side. Insert the new strap by aligning the pins to the housings and press until you hear a click. If you lack the tool, contact a professional strap change service.
