Position the watch horizontally, locate the two lateral attachments, insert the spring bar tool beneath the internal pin on one side, apply gentle pressure until the pin retracts slightly, and slide the old strap away. Repeat from the other side. To fit the new 20mm strap, align the holes and use the spring bar tool to re-align the pins into their seatings. A gentle 'click' indicates correct positioning.
