Strap replacement requires a spring bar tool or dedicated lug bar remover. Place the watch on a stable surface, locate the metal pin (spring bar) beneath the lug, compress the lateral spring, and gently pull the pin outward. This releases the old strap. Insert the new strap into the lug slot, position the spring bar, and allow the spring to re-engage. Repeat for the opposite lug.
