Changing the strap on the PrimaLuna requires a specialised tool called a spring bar tool. Position the thin end of the tool in the small hole on one lug to compress the internal spring, then extract the bar. Repeat for the opposite side. Insert the new strap by aligning its holes with the lugs and reintroduce the bars until they lock with an audible click. If you prefer not to work directly on the watch, consult a professional watchmaker.
