To remove the strap: 1) obtain a spring bar tool (a specialist instrument, never scissors); 2) position the tool tip in the small hole beneath the lug to compress the internal pin; 3) gently extract the pin from the case. Repeat on the opposite side. Insert the new strap in reverse order, ensuring the pins are fully seated and the strap sits flush against the case.
